Cliff gives the crew as much freedom as possible to conduct their workdays as they see fit. Often times we have raucous meetings in the morning at the office when paperwork is being dropped off and supplies are being picked up. The crew likes working for us because we treat them like we would want to be treated. The work is hard enough, so we create a culture that is easy and inviting!
